Creating Groups

Setting up driver Groups is important. If Groups aren't set up, managers won't be able to receive any messages. The purpose of groups is to link a fleet manager or dispatcher with all drivers they are assigned in daily fleet operations. 

Create a group


Dashboard: Overview Admin | Ten5
1. Click on Groups.
2. Click on Add.
3. Give your Group a name and a description, then click Next.
4. Choose the manager you'd like to be assigned this Group.
5. Click on Next.
6. Add drivers to the Group and then click on Next.
7. Your group is ready! Click Go to Groups.
8. On the Groups page you should see your newly created Group.
