We've made Ten5 as intuitive as possible for both drivers and back end office staff. 

Provided onboarding resources

We provide customized information based upon the role that may include:
  1. Welcome emails which contain:
    1. Onboarding instructions
    2. Quick start guides
    3. How-to videos
  2. Broadcast example scripts
  3. IVEX outline
  4. Cab cards for troubleshooting
  5. One-on-one review of data collected

Training process

  1. Our Customer Success Manager (CSM) will assist the fleet admin in setting up your fleet.
  2. Users (drivers & dispatchers) will train using their 'quick start guides' delivered to their inbox.
  3. From there, we will review the back-office functionality and assist in recording initial broadcasts to drivers and what to be monitored for during the pilot. 
  4. The CSM will be available to support teams in launching communication campaigns to engage people with drivers across multiple modalities.
