Phase 3: Assess and identify members
This can be one of the most important steps. You will need to have buy in from drivers, dispatching teams, and others to be successful.
- Identify drivers, dispatchers, trainers, and engagement personnel that are willing to help and also strive to improve the processes within the organization.
- Work with the champions to identify content they'd like to share that is important to drivers.
- We recommend recruiting a senior manager that can record messages about the importance of the pilot and the belief that there is a need to communicate in a way that is more meaningful to drivers.
