View fleet reports of Ten5

This data-driven page allows you to monitor how Ten5 is being used. In turn, you can ensure your fleet dispatchers offer quick response & resolution to driver needs. 

Reports are only available to fleet admin accounts. 

The Reports page


The reports page will always be found on the left sidebar under the overview page. At the top of the page, you are able to choose the time period of the report and download an excel file of the report.

Message Response Time


In section 1, the graphs are separated by the 3 types of driver messages: Urgent, Complaint, and Comment.

The pie charts displays the proportion of messages that have received a response vs those that haven't received a response.

Below the pie chart, average response time is shown based on the indicated message type.

Message Performance History

In section 2, the left side contains a bar chart showing the quantity of received messages vs. how many of those messages received a response.

On the right side, a line graph, in accordance with the selected time period, reports the volume of the the three message types, by month or by day.

Performance by Fleet Manager

In section 3, the chart reports on 5 data metrics in relation to each manager in the fleet.

These are the metrics with a definition:

Conversations: The total quantity of incoming driver messages.

Outgoing Messages: The total amount of messages that the specified manager sent from the web platform.

Avg. Response Time: The average time it takes for the manager to reply to incoming driver messages. 

Avg. Resolution Time: The average amount of time between a driver sending a message and that message being marked resolved.

Resolution Count: The total quantity of resolved incoming messages.
