90 day onboarding IVEX example



Here's an example from we've created with the imaginary fleet: Ordinary Trucking. Throughout the drivers first 90 days, fleet management & executives send out personal messages welcoming the driver to the Ordinary Trucking family, sharing company history, useful tips, and need-to-knows.
Notice how each message ends with an invitation to respond, encouraging drivers to connect.

Day 1 - Welcome Message:

"Welcome to Ordinary Trucking, where extraordinary journeys begin! We're excited to have you join our team of exceptional drivers. Our company, founded in 1985, has grown into a fleet of 100 trucks, serving clients nationwide. We pride ourselves on three core values: reliability, integrity, and innovation."

"As a driver at Ordinary Trucking, you play a vital role in the supply chain. Your commitment to safely and efficiently delivering goods directly impacts businesses and communities. We're here to support you every step of the way, providing the tools and resources you need to succeed."

"Through this app, you'll receive important updates, announcements, and valuable insights to keep you connected and informed. This will be your primary line of communication with your manager, so don’t hesitate to reach out. Send urgent messages, complaints, or comments. We want to support you and we want you to feel heard. Day 15 - Performance Update:
