How to change personal account information

In Ten5, account information helps provide a more complete view of the fleet. This can include someone's birthday, geographical location, or phone number, if a phone call is necessary.

Dispatchers: Edit your account info

  1. Click either Settings in the sidebar on the left, or click your profile picture in the top right and click Settings.
  2. To update your profile photo, click Change picture and upload from your computer.
  3. To update other information, click Edit below and change personal account info.
  4. Once finished, click Save.


Admins: Edit your account info

  1. Click your profile picture in the top right and click Account Settings.
  2. To update your profile photo, click Change picture and upload from your computer.
  3. To update other information, click Edit below and change personal account info.
  4. Once finished, click Save.
