How do I send a broadcast?

Sending a broadcast is simple. You'll select your audience, record your message, and hit send

Broadcasts can be sent to three types of audiences: either the entire fleet, a group (or multiple groups), or individual drivers. Here are three guides to sending broadcasts.

Send a broadcast to the entire fleet (Fleet Admins only)


1. Navigate to the Broadcast page
2. Click on Message To All Drivers…
3. Click on Record & begin recording the broadcast
4. Once you've finished recording, click on Stop
5. If you'd like to listen to your message, Click Play . If you'd like to redo the recorded message, click Try Again
6. Hit Send!

Send a broadcast to a driver group


1. Navigate to the Broadcast page
2. Click on Group Message…
3. Select a group from the list
          Manager are only able to send a broadcast to their group. Fleet admins can send a broadcast to multiple groups.
4. Click on Next
5. Click on Record & begin recording the broadcast
6. Once you've finished recording, click on Stop
7. If you'd like to listen to your message, Click Play . If you'd like to redo the recorded message, click Try Again
8. Once your message is ready, click on Next
9. Hit Send !

Send a broadcast to specific drivers


1. Navigate to the Broadcast page
2. Click on Message By Driver…
3. Add the drivers that you'd like to receive the broadcast
4. Click on Next
5. Click on Record & begin recording the broadcast
6. Once you've finished recording, click on Stop
7. If you'd like to listen to your message, Click Play . If you'd like to redo the recorded message, click Try Again
8. Once your message is ready, click on Next
9. Hit  Send!
