If you'd like to view messages and conversations in a chat-like format, conversation history offers that option.
Here you can navigate to chats organized by drivers in your fleet. From this page, play messages, reply to your drivers, and resolve conversations.
Take a look at the different sections and features on this page:
- Conversation History button: click this to navigate to this page.
- Chats: contains the conversations between drivers and fleet managers/admins.
- Resolution status filter: Dropdown to filter by All, Unresolved, or Resolved messages.
- Search box: search a driver's name to find their chat.
- Resolution status: this is the status of the entire chat, thus if one message is still unresolved, it will be
- Message box: In this box, you can play messages, view transcripts, reply, and resolve conversations.
- Message label: this will be either urgent, complaint, comment, IVEX or individual.
- Resolution Status dropdown: Click to change the status from unresolved to resolve.
- Reply button: click to reply
