Operational communication
A fleet's operations can be very complex, and changes might happen quite often. We hope that Ten5 will be your first stop to relay all pertinent operational updates to your drivers. Take a look at this example:
Hey there, this is ______, your fleet admin. I wanted to update you about a schedule change. Effective immediately, we have implemented a new delivery schedule to optimize our routes and improve efficiency. Please make sure to review the updated schedule on the company portal. Your assigned loads have been adjusted accordingly. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to me directly. I am available to assist you with any issues that may arise. Feel free to reply directly to this message, and both your dispatcher and I will receive any comments or concerns you might have. Thanks for all your hard work.
Fleet announcements & updates
As changes occur, or important updates are announced, try sending a broadcast to update your drivers on the new change. This is a great example:
Good morning, everyone! I hope you're all having a fantastic day out on the road. I wanted to take a moment to celebrate a milestone together. Our fleet has successfully completed 1 million miles without any major accidents or incidents. This remarkable achievement speaks volumes about your professionalism, dedication, and commitment to safety. Keep up the excellent work! Remember, safety is our top priority, so stay vigilant and keep those wheels turning smoothly. As always, I am here to support you. Driver encouragement
You can send out messages filled with gratitude and encouragement:
